What does Professional Translations mean to you?

A beautiful professional and personal challenge. The ambition to become better, the freedom to do the things I believe in. And at the same time, a great responsibility towards people: first of all towards our team, but also towards our customers and our translators.

It is the place where I can give the people I work with the attention they deserve, the support they need and the chance to become better from one year to the next. It is a great achievement for me when some people accomplish more than they ever imagined.

Here is where I, too, grew enormously, due to the challenges that shaped me from a manager without any experience to a manager who knows, I think, how to appreciate people, and who understands how important it is to make a plan to be followed every day. Maybe these seem like easy things, but a lot of people don’t know how to do them.
